Bangladeshi Spicy Fried Salmon


This Salmon recipe might be super fast and easy, but it definitely packs a punch. So flavorful, it pairs perfectly with some plain white rice, potatoes, pasta, whatever really! Try it out for a lazy lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS

2 salmon fillets

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp - 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder (depending on how spicy you like it)

Salt to taste

Mustard oil (or any flavorless oil) for frying

Chopped cilantro (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel.

  2. Mix spoces and salt together, cover the fillets with it.

  3. Add oil to hot frying pan

  4. Fry on medium heat until done (about 3 mins on each side)

  5. Sprinkle with some chopped cilantro

  6. Enjoy!
